Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, however we recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment.

We understand that delays happen. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

We allow a 15-minute grace period where possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, depending on our schedule, your service may need to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled.

This ensures we have enough time to complete your service to our standard without impacting the appointment times of clients booked after you.

Thank you for respecting your appointment time and allowing us to provide the best possible service to every client.

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment are made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Late cancellations and last-minute changes leave us with appointment times that can be difficult to refill and prevent other clients from booking.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice, or clients who fail to attend their appointment, will be charged 100% of the booked service price.

Repeated late cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals may result in future bookings being declined.
